Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival, the room needed to be aired out but was somewhat cool. However, it lacked adequate storage and ventilation, making it quite hot without air conditioning. We were given an electric fan that was barely effective. The service had its ups and downs, highlighted by a helpful staff member who assisted with a specific request but also encountered unprofessional behavior. The location was satisfactory, offering convenience to essential transportation hubs and shopping centers despite some less appealing surroundings. The dining options left much to be desired and were subpar. The facilities were standard with no standout features.
The hotel had some issues with the rooms smelling like weed and not being properly cleaned, but the service was extremely slow and unhelpful. The location felt unsafe, especially after dark, but it was convenient for certain activities. The dining options were very limited, and the facilities were subpar for the price paid.
The hotel had some issues with the rooms like being extremely small, not soundproofed as advertised, and occasionally smelly with a cigarette odor despite being a non-smoking environment. However, the location was convenient for my travel needs, not far from the train station and close to the areas I wanted to visit.
